Replacement / Return
• Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refund.
• If the goods are requested to exchange or return, customer must keep the original invoice and goods, and contact our customer service hotline at +852 2715 9113 within two days after collection. Otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be arranged. Any goods exchange or return can only be once per order. Renovatiobio reserves the final decision of acceptance for any goods exchange or return.
• Our customer service team will further confirm the goods replacement or return arrangement based on the integrity of goods whether in re-sell condition. The goods exchange is subjected to the stock availability. Customer is required to process goods exchange at a designated location within one week after receiving our staff confirmation. Otherwise, no goods exchange or return can be arranged.
• All promotional items cannot be replaced, returned or refund.
